Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rehovot. The UX designer for complex systems will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences for our deep tech platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding productrequirements, creatingwireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to improve usability and overall user satisfaction. You will ensure the design supports complex operational workflows, enabling seamless use of our advanced solutions.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to document new features, updates, and cutting-edge technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain knowledge base articles that make complex topics easy to understand for our users
• Ensure that our documentation is clear, concise, and accurate, providing comprehensive resources for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactively update and improve existing documentation based on feedback, product changes, and industry trends
• Take ownership of documentation projects from start to finish, contributing to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical writing or product documentation role, ideally in SaaS, cloud security, or a related field
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.)
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to take ownership of projects while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS products, or cybersecurity is a big advantage
• Experience mentoring others or contributing to documentation planning and coordination is an advantage
• Experience with API documentation – an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development and deployment
• Take part in integrating the newest features and technologies, automate workflows, and create user friendly tools and frameworks for researchers.
• Produce elegant, generic, modular and extendable code
• Actively influence the processes and methods for researchers, affecting their day to day life

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge or equivalent military experience required
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in Python and Python internals
• Experience in designing, building and maintaining a user facing application/API
• Experience with Git or other source controls
• Good communication skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive processes end-to-end

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with Design For Test (DFT) methodologies, DFT verification, and industry-standard DFT tools.

• Experience working with ATE engineers (e.g., silicon bring-up, patterns generation, debug, validation on automatic test equipment, debug of silicon issues).
• Experience in IP integration (e.g., memories, test controllers, Test Access Point (TAP), and Memory Built-In Self Test (MBIST)).
• Experience in SoC cycles, silicon bringup, and silicon debug activities.

Your Impact

• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing a Zero Trust Network Architecture, including network and identity segmentation.
• Perform regular policy and firewall rule reviews to ensure alignment with access requirements and enforcement of Zero Trust principles.
• Providing advanced operations and engineering support for critical systems and services, including application and security infrastructure on-prem and in the cloud.
• Responsible for assessing and reviewing the security and cloud infrastructure in both IT and production environments.
• Coordinates with various teams to ensure appliances and services are configured with the correct posture to support business requirements.
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of IT support practices to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance in the product infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining strong oversight of cloud computing solutions to safeguard against undue risks from third-party or external integrations.
• Develop automation using SOAR tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve the overall efficiency of the security team.
• Collaborate with teams outside the Security Fusion Center, including Vulnerability Management, Network Engineering, OS Engineering, and product SRE.
• Prioritize and respond to critical vulnerabilities and data exposures with urgency and effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain security baselines for infrastructure components (e.g., VMs, containers, network devices) in alignment with CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and internal standards.
• Support incident response activities, including containment, forensic investigation, root cause analysis, and post-incident documentation.
• Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) efforts, including audit participation, third-party risk assessments, and evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP certifications.

Your Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the Network and Infrastructure security technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with firewall technologies, including deep expertise with Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and security rule evaluation.
• 5+ years of experience managing and securing cloud environments across AWS and/or GCP with knowledge of native security tools and multi-cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and secure cloud-native applications, leveraging infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles.
• Strong working knowledge of IP networking, including routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, NAT, load balancing, and wireless for both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Proficient in virtualization platforms such as VMware, with experience securing virtualized and hybrid workloads.
• Experience working with REST APIs, automation scripting using Python or Go, and integration of security workflows into infrastructure tools.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize firewall rules and access control policies across complex environments, aligning with Zero Trust and least privilege models.
• Solid foundation in certificate management and PKI, including experience issuing and renewing certificates, managing key lifecycles, and enforcing secure communication using TLS and mutual authentication.
• Strong experience with OS-level security hardening and configuration management across Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server, including patching, log monitoring, enforcing CIS/NIST baselines, and secure user access controls.
• Proficient in managing and securing Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environments, including Group Policy, LDAP integrations, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity federation for hybrid cloud architectures.
• Self-motivated, strong troubleshooting skills, and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including network operations, cloud infrastructure, IAM, and compliance.
• CISSP, AWS , GCP certifications preferred.
• PCNSE certification is a plus.

• 5 years of experience with digital logic design principles, Register-Transfer Level (RTL) design concepts, and languages such as Verilog or System Verilog.
• Experience with logic synthesis techniques to optimize Register-Transfer Level (RTL) code, performance and power as well as low-power design techniques.
• Experience in logic design and debug with Design Verification (DV).

• Experience with a scripting language like Python or Perl.
• Experience with design sign off and quality tools (e.g., Lint, clock domain crossing (CDC), etc.).
• Knowledge of SOC architecture and assertion-based formal verification.
• Knowledge of high performance and low power design techniques.
