Expoint is looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing team in Israel. You will be developing and managing a high-performance backend platform that powers the company’s cutting-edge technology. The Senior Backend Engineer will collaborate with other teams across the company to build and support mobile, web, and desktop applications, as well as other software solutions. You will have an active role in the architecture and design of solutions that scale and adhere to standards. To excel in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of Hebrew, including advanced knowledge of C++ and SQL. You should have a passion for programming and have experience developing with multiple API solutions. Your responsibilities as a Senior Backend Engineer will include: • Developing API gateways and backend systems • Designing, implementing and optimizing highly complex backend solutions • Investigating and resolving complex technical issues • Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of services • Writing clear and maintainable code that adheres to the company’s standards • Mentoring other developers We are seeking an experienced backend engineer who can apply their knowledge to tackle challenging problems and help to drive the business forward.
