Job Description.

Responsibilities:

· Develop product positioning and messaging of our solutions to our customers jointly with the Product&Marketing team;

· Define and manage a clear partnership practice. Strong collaboration with other relevant teams

· Develop and manage sales enablement projects and activities

· Support product and service launches by helping the team to understand a company’s solutions and sell them;

· Plan, coordinate and deploy the necessary training;

· Share the information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the sales team;

· Monitoring and analyzing the usage of sales enablement content and courseware;

· Provide the necessary support during the buying and selling processes at all stages;

· Work collaboratively with sales, operations, marketing, product, legal, finance, and other key partners to increase sales results and productivity.

· Utilize creative techniques and various delivery mechanisms to reach a dispersed, regional and global organization

Qualifications;

· 3-5 years of sales training, and enablement, product-marketing experience within growth SaaS companies

· Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

· Experience developing new sales onboarding training, role-plays, online courses, etc.

· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work efficiently

· An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others

· Able to accomplish specific tasks while seeing the bigger picture

· Experience in project management, program management, and/or change management

· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Minor or advanced degree in business/communication preferred
