Are you passionate about technology, customer service, and problem solving? Our client, a leading technology-based company based in Israel, is looking for an experienced Product Manager/Customer Care specialist with a strong eye for details and excellent organizational and communication skills.
As a Product Manager/Customer Care specialist, it will be your job to interface with customers on a daily basis, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service. This includes responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving customer issues and disputes, and staying informed on product updates and user feedback. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating other customer service team members, developing consistent customer service policies and procedures, and providing assistance to the sales team with market analysis, product recommendations, and developing advertisement-related material.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Business Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems. You should possess strong knowledge of customer service principles and standards, communicate effectively with customers and peers, and have high proficiency in both English and Hebrew. You will also have proven experience as a product manager, as well as a high level of knowledge in the tech industry.
