Responsibilities

  • Work with Elementor’s support, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with product updates and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the instructional design process — including needs analysis, learning strategy, storyboarding, development, and testing.
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve learning content using LMS platforms and other content delivery tools.
  • Use learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on learning solutions.
  • Collaborate on localization and scaling efforts to support global audiences.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer , preferably in a tech, SaaS, or product-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on experience creating educational content for customers, such as how-to guides, tutorials, onboarding materials, or video scripts — even as part of personal projects or internships.
  • Basic proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or Snagit – required.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and knowledge of Elementor – strong advantage.
  • Some experience or familiarity with building websites using Elementor – an advantage.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI tools for instructional design and content creation – an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Creating effective and engaging self-paced e-learning courses and other aspects of the certification program.
  • Collaborating with Fireblocks subject matter experts to gather knowledge, assess, and develop e-learning.
  • Understanding and communicating highly complex material and presenting simplified and relevant learning design proposals.
  • Partner with the TCSM lead on maintaining an internal knowledge base to ensure training material is organized, accessible and updated.

What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in designing and developing technical curricula, training materials, and content to include online/e-learning modules, online tutorials, and other relevant training assets using high-quality professional design standards
  • Experience working in a hi-tech, dynamic fast-paced environment, preferably with a SAAS product
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using instructional design assessment strategies (e.g., WCAG compliance).

The position
In this role, you will identify knowledge gaps, develop, implement, and manage training programs for various internal business customers, including the Information Systems domain and R&D units. You will also collaborate with the Learning and Development HR unit to create learning materials and deliver support to key stakeholder.
What will your job look like:
  • Developing and delivering learning materials and training programs, including technological/technical training materials.
  • Supporting and advising users and workspace managers on best practices within our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Executing implementations and designs in the learning system.
  • Managing and operating the ticketing system to provide service to internal customers
All you need is:
  • Proven experience of over 3 years in developing technical, software, or systems training materials in collaboration with R&D SMEs - must.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Storyline, Illustrator, Figma, and other eLearning tools - must.
  • Over 2 years of experience as an LMS administrator (experience with Docebo / Cornerstone / Blossom)— a significant advantage.
  • High-level English writing skills (native-level - an advantage).
