Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Manage our full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Develop strong relationships with all your internal and external interfaces around the globe
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, etc.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Make sure the pipeline is always full of great, relevant candidates
  • Conduct behavioral interviews
  • Analyze your data with the ‘keep learning and improve’ state of mind
  • Initiate and manage recruitment and HR projects
Requirements
  • Passion for recruitment
  • At least 2 years of global recruiting experience – a must or Fluent English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment of a tech startup
  • Fluent English – a must
  • Sourcing experience and proficiency with social media tools – a must
  • Skilled in using recruiting tools to source passive talent
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • A good understanding of contractual employment terms is preferable
