Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have a strong command of industry-standard web development frameworks, technologies, and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Mongo DB. Prior experience in software development and engineering, technical leadership, and team management is essential.
