The Quality Eng. will be responsible for managing customer complaints, improving product quality, and production processes. The role will interface directly with production engineering and customer service to implement solutions on the production line.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of customer complaint and implantation of the outputs.
• Analysis of customer satisfaction surveys
• Identifying root causes of complaints and implement appropriatecorrective/preventiveactions.
• Ensuring and improving the quality of production processes in collaboration with production engineering.
• Writing quality specification procedures for products.
• Conducting internal quality audits on production lines.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering or CQE from a familiar institution.
• Basic technical background in electronics and mechanics including technical understanding of drawings and procedures.
• At least three years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in managing RCA using various methodologies (8D, 5Y, 3A).
• Experience working with customers.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of quality.

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new products from development to full-scale production. This role involves:
• Production Line Setup: Design and implement new production lines, including defining jigs, fixtures, and automated processes.
• Global Line Duplication: Duplicate existing production lines in overseas facilities (Far East), requiring strong planning and coordination skills.
• Process Qualification: Validate and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end NPI transfer projects, covering layout planning, process design, supply chain coordination, and quality assurance until changes are released through the ECO process.
• Failure Analysis: Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain continuous operations.

• Duplicate existing production lines in overseas facilities (Far East).
• Coordinate global implementation and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Travel internationally for extended periods to support line duplication and setup.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Eng. with hands on experience
• 5+ years of experience in an NPI, Engineering and manufacturing processes.
• DFx Capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in production process like PFMEA, GR&R, PCP.
• SolidWorks knowledge and experience.
• Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal relations
• Experience in writing production process.
• Good English verbal and written communications skills
