We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B platform. In this role, you’ll join the Measurement group, working as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, engineers, analysts, and other designers.

You’ll take full ownership of the design process — from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions. You’ll also play a key role in building feedback loops that help the product evolve and deliver meaningful impact.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
• Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment.
• Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers
• Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
• Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale

What you have

• 5+ y ears of experience designing digital products end-to-end
• Background in B2B or complex systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems

You will be responsible for:

• Full software development lifecycle of new applications - from technical design (together with architects and product managers), through implementation, and all the way to deployment and monitoring in production
• Keeping production stable and working, having a dedicated team as a first line of support
• Collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate systems and ensure smooth, reliable end-to-end experiences.
• Improvement of technical health of existing services according to best practices from architects, infra team, or your own insights

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in backend software development;
• Experience in designing and implementing data-driven applications using relational (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (such as Redis) databases;
• Experience with designing RESTful APIs and understanding the HTTP protocol;
• Experience with Scrum / Agile development methodologies;
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests;
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Understanding the business needs and providing optimal customer experience to our users.

• Experience in IP integration (e.g., memories, test controllers, Test Access Point (TAP), and Memory Built-In Self Test (MBIST)).
• Experience in SoC cycles, silicon bringup, and silicon debug activities.
  
• Experience in fault modeling.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with creating and using verification components and environments in standard verification methodology.
• Experience verifying digital systems using standard IP components/interconnects (microprocessor cores, hierarchical memory subsystems).
• Experience verifying digital logic at RTL level using SystemVerilog or Specman/E for FPGAs or ASICs.

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
• Experience with verification techniques, and the full verification life-cycle.
• Experience with performance verification of ASICs and ASIC components.
• Experience with ASIC standard interfaces and memory system architecture.
