Details

Main responsibilities:

  • Duality’s recruiting process: sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone interviews, conducting HR interviews.
  • Partnering with our hiring managers to support them with their team growth needs.
  • Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies to bring the best talent for each role.
  • Key player in defining and enhancing our employee’s experience (produce celebrations, events, happy hours etc).
Requirements:
  • Technical recruiting experience (sourcing potential candidates, CV screening, interviewing, etc.) – Must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English & Hebrew – Must
  • Experience in leading welfare activities- advantage
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (we are using Comeet, but this isn’t Must)
  • Ability to work independently and own the process E2E while collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Careful attention to details, accuracy, and problem-solving skills with a people-oriented approach
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field – Advantage
