Expoint is searching for an experienced and motivated Design Quality Engineer Team Lead to join our high-performance team in Israel. The Design Quality Engineer Team Lead will help us reach that goal by leading the development and implementation of quality projects within the engineering team. You will act as a bridge between the stakeholders and technical teams, making sure that quality tasks are being completed on time and to the highest standards possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of Quality Engineers on the team. You will collaborate with the engineering team to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions that achieve the highest levels of product quality. Keeping in mind the organization's standards and procedures, you will drive process improvements that support both efficient and meaningful quality control within the entire engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute strategies for quality assurance and risk management, in alignment with the organization's product development and delivery processes. This will include interpreting customer feedback, creating test plans and quality metrics, and ensuring the accuracy of product requirements. You will also work closely with the engineering team to develop and validate automated tools to streamline the product development and delivery process.
