השירות ללקוחות ניתן דרך מענה מרחוק, ונדרשת יכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מגוונים- פנימיים וחיצוניים- כדוגמת גורמי מכירה בתוך האגף, מנהלי פרויקטים, מפעילים זרים בחול (כגון BT, AT&T, Verizon ועוד).

About the role

You’ll contribute to a high-impact codebase that scans, analyzes, and interprets complex Kubernetes configurations and behaviors at scale. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Orca’s KSPM product – owning core backend components, driving architectural improvements, and delivering features that address real-world customer needs.

On a typical day you’ll
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services for onboarding, scanning, and analyzing Kubernetes environments
  • Collaborate with security researchers and product managers to translate complex requirements into impactful product features
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code, ensuring high performance and reliability
  • Participate in design and code reviews to uphold technical excellence and team standards
  • Lead features end-to-end – from design and planning to deployment and monitoring
  • Improve system observability, performance, and resilience in production environments

About the role

You’ll lead a group of talented senior engineers, providing both technical and people leadership while staying hands-on in design and implementation. Together, you’ll drive key architectural decisions and evolve our ingestion and processing layers to support real-time pipelines, improve observability, and enable greater horizontal scalability.

On a typical day you’ll
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior software engineers through one-on-ones, feedback, and technical guidance

About the role

As a Product & Data Analyst at Orca, you will take ownership of product analytics at Orca, along with responsibility over our BI infrastructure. You will help product teams make smarter decisions by uncovering customer insights, while also ensuring the data pipelines and models that power those insights are robust and scalable.

In this role, you will work directly with Product Managers to analyze customer behavior, evaluate new features, and measure product impact. You’ll also take responsibility for the underlying data stack-writing SQL, modeling in DBT, and maintaining clean, efficient ETLs. Beyond supporting day-to-day product questions, you will build dashboards and reporting tools that give teams across the company access to reliable, self-serve insights.

About you
  • 3-5 Years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably from a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in SQL writing, specifically in querying large and complex data sets
  • Experience in BI tools and in DBT/Python
  • Looker proficiency – an advantage
