As a Data Operation Manager in Israel, you will be an integral part of the Expoint team. As a Data Operations Manager, you’ll be expected to utilize your strong expertise in IT, analytics, and data science to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the platform. You’ll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and assimilating large data sets, designing and developing data structures to capture various types of data, and developing data pipelines and algorithms in order to be able to process, coordinate, and update the data. You’ll be responsible for aiding in the design and implementation of automated data processing solutions that are utilized in a variety of applications. Your role will also include creating reports and visualizations to help explain data to different stakeholders in a way that is meaningful to them. You’ll need to be able to think both analytically and strategically in order to deeply understand data-driven noise and identify the true signals – then communicate them in a way that is useful for decision-making. You must have a passion for data, be highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and have a customer/stakeholder-oriented approach to delivering results. If you have a proven track record in data operations management, a degree in computer science/engineering, mathematics, or a related field, and the drive to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
