As a DBA Team Leader at 888 Bingo, you will be responsible for:

• Managing & leading the DBA team(Both inshore & Offshore).
• Support team members in technological challenges
• Lead or participate on the design and implementation of large, complex database solutions.
• Monitoring and performance tuning
• Works closely with application development team to ensure successful deployment and performance of database applications.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions to resolve issues and recommend the most cost effective solutions.
• Maintains appropriate level system documentation.
• 24x7 production support (production incidents)

This job is for you only if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience developing with SQL Server (2012/2014/2016)
• At least 2 years of Managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL/SQL Infrastructure
• Experience in designing, implementing, tuning and maintaining SQL Server for highly available OLTP systems
• Experience in performance tuning, alerting & monitoring with high data volumes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Provide quality products that meet code standards
• Ability to work effectively with clients (Developer/QA/Integration teams)
• Working within a high-paced agile environment with frequent production releases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-learning ability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Responsibility and high working moral.

You might also have:

• Knowledge of other DB technologies such as in ElasticSearch, Mongo DB, etc.
• Experienced with SSIS/SSRS
• Experienced with MS-SQL Replication
• Experienced with DWH, BI & cloud aspects and technologies
• Knowledge in English – Mandatory (Technical, Business, Spoken English) as well as Reading, Writing and Speaking skills
• BA in Computer Sciences/Engineering or relevant technical service from the IDF
