As a Customer Care Chatbot Operations Manager in Israel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for chatbot operations to help increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You will lead a team of chatbot agents in day-to-day operations, maintain and analyze data and statistics to monitor customer feedback, collaborate with stakeholders and partners to maximize productivity, and be prepared to handle customer issues related to the chatbot. You will be expected to provide expertise and recommendations in the area of chatbot operations, set up and manage the system, and maintain quality control of customer service provided. You should have in-depth knowledge of customer service processes and the ability to quickly learn and comprehend the different systems used by various businesses. You will be required to stay current with the latest changes and innovations in technology and systems in the customer care industry. You should have a proven history of success in customer service operations, preferably in the tech industry, and understand the importance of customer service for improving customer experience. You should be passionate about technology and have excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. An understanding of chatbot programming and artificial intelligence technologies is preferred but not required.
