Your Career

You will report to the global sales leader for Prisma Browser and will work closely with the founders of Prisma Browser; formerly Talon.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales specialists to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning and a customer-centric approach within the sales team.

  • Lead from the front. Engage in executive-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs in North America, translating complex cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers, product, marketing, R&D, BDR and alliances, to support deal execution and customer success.

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging forecasting and pipeline management tools to optimize team performance.

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of field sales experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a director and above role.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance sales teams in a high-growth environment with a large quota/deals

  • Strong understanding of complex solution sales methodologies, value selling and enterprise buying processes with operational discipline

  • Experience selling SASE, SWG, SSE, EDR or CASB solutions is highly preferred.

  • Established relationships with F500 security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs) and the ability to drive strategic conversations.

  • Expertise in channel and partner sales strategies, with a deep understanding of go-to-market models.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed sales organization with a focus on continuous expansion and customer success

  • “Whatever it takes” attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance

  • Desire and ability to travel domestically as needed to support team members, engage strategic customers and business needs.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $414000 - $482925. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate global compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, variable and bonus plans, equity grants, and ongoing program management.

  • Participate in and manage compensation survey submissions (e.g., Zviran, Radford) while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform market analyses and benchmarking to identify compensation trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously optimize global salary structures, pay grades, and compensation salary ranges.
  • Oversee the administration and governance of global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across all locations.
  • Perform data analysis, develop reports, and present actionable recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling).
  • Familiarity with compensation/HRIS systems (e.g. HiBob).
  • Experience in market surveys (Radford, Zviran, etc.), job leveling, and pay structure design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • High discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and benefit regulations
  • Understanding of equity / long-term incentive programs is an advantage
  • Experience working in a global tech environment.
