Develop and implement an integrated people strategy for the business unit including organizational design, leadership and talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, development and retention.
Anticipate the future needs of the organization and areas of potential disruption.
Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the business objectives.
Supporting managers in effectively deploying performance management and rewards’ practices to drive required levels of employee accountability.
Training and OD – Develop and implementing employee development plans and to support business needs and future capabilities.
Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes.
Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve issues and generate solutions to enable SLE unit's business strategy.

Minimum 5 years of experience as HR business partner role/ HR manager within a progressive and global HR environment
Ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategie
Experience in coaching managers and teams/group facilitation.
