How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Grow the affiliate program traffic and results, by taking primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of recruiting new affiliate
  • Identify, recruit and manage online partners (automatically and manually) in the fintech field and in Melio's chosen verticals, monitor performances, and control all aspects of managing these partners
  • Maintain ongoing communication with our existing partners
  • Manage lead generation campaigns and manage integration with Sales/Online Marketing teams
  • Track, report, analyze, and optimize performance, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them
  • Handle project management process from beginning to end, including data analysis, competitor research, campaign development, and execution
  • Manage all marketing assets associated with this activity, including videos, marketing materials, gated content, designs, emails, etc.

What we’d love to see

  • Experience as an Affiliate Manager - a must
  • Experience with database management - a must
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Campaign optimization, analysis of different activities, finding insights, recommendations, and new opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Project management skills and cross-team communication capabilities
  • Effective time management and tasks prioritization to meet timelines and due dates
  • Knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards, etc.) - an advantage
  • Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting in front of people - as advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in science, marketing, business, or related field - an advantage
  • Experience in the B2B sphere - an advantage
