• Lead and manage a team of board design engineers focused on mixed-signal and high-speed electronics.

• Define architecture and design strategies for complex boards, ensuring signal integrity and compliance with performance requirements.

• Oversee project execution from concept through production, ensuring quality andtimelydelivery.

• Collaborate closely with FPGA engineers to ensure seamless integration between boards and programmable logic.

• Work with cross-functional teams (SW, Algo, System, Mechanical) to deliver integrated solutions.

• Drive innovation by evaluatingemergingtechnologies and incorporating them into product roadmaps.

• Mentor team members, foster technical excellence, and build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you should have

• At least 8 years in board design development, including 3+ years in a proven leadership experience managing board design teams.

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

• Deep technicalexpertisein mixed-signal and high-speed board design, including controllers and special-purpose boards.

• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and PCB design for high-speed systems.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor, Altium) and simulation environments.

• Knowledge of FPGA interfaces and hardware/software co-design principles.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
• Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
• Develop and communicate Elementor’s value proposition through marketing materials, web pages, emails, product screens, and more, to drive feature adoption, success and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product.
• Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align marketing initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
• Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Elementor’s product to increase awareness and adoption
• Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Have experience creating high-end marketing collateral across multiple channels
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess a high degree of design aesthetics, and can guide other stakeholders towards the best results
• Have strong proven analytical skills, are data-driven, and are familiar with A/B testing
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with targeting SMB/mid-market is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor - an advantage

• Play a key role in defining our developing AI strategy, particularly around Angie's evolution
• Gain a deep understanding of the various Elementor product lines, with an emphasis on incorporating AI wherever possible to unlock new business frontiers
• Pioneer new developments, from both a technological and business perspective
• Test emerging AI abilities, incorporating them into our existing and new services, delivering high-quality products while applying engineering best practices and standards
• Evaluate and optimize LLMs' performance - a critical aspect of the role, including cost optimization and response speed improvements
• Oversee end-to-end development, from ideation to production, while working closely with multiple company stakeholders

2+ years of experience working with LLM-based technologies

• 5+ years of experience as a Typescript Full Stack Developer working in Node.js and React
• Vast knowledge of design patterns, clean code practices, system design, security, and architecture skills
• Experience building and maintaining a microservices architecture-based product
• Experience in maintaining services in production, as well as familiarity with observability and traceability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.
• Proficient in MongoDB and MySQL
• Experience working in a demanding, high-traffic environment, building optimized, scalable, and secure apps
• Advantage: Background in Data Science with a transition to development
• Advantage: Previous experience working with MLOPS tools like ArgoCD, SageMaker, and others
