You will setup plant instrumentation according to the manufacturer's instructions and the process requirements and troubleshoot electrical systems and instrumentation up to the PLC software to support continuous operation.

Responsibilities

• Work a rotating On Call schedule and work emergency overtime
• Ability to trouble shoot complex and uncommon electrical systems, instrumentation up to PLC software.
• Setup plant instrumentation according to the manufacturer's instruction and the process requirements.
• Advise support groups and customers in the selection, layout, and installation of electrical and data communication systems to support continuous operation.
• Working Knowledge of 3-phase, one-line drawings of high voltage electrical distribution systems, sub-stations and building transfer systems.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4-5 years of electrical experience in industry or military and/or a certificate in instrumentation or voltage or electrical or Associates Degree in electronic or electrical.

• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience lifting up to 50 pounds, work on elevated platforms as well as climb ladders and use portable lifts.
