What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform repairs on pumps, valves, actuators, motors, gears, hydraulics, and related equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical systems and recommend repair or replacement actions
Interpret O&M manuals, schematics, and design drawings
Coordinate with external contractors and inspect completed work
Respond to emergency equipment failures and diagnose issues
Support special projects, start-up, and commissioning of equipment
Maintain accurate records in a computerized maintenance management system
Perform welding, pipe fitting, and rigging as required
Ensure compliance with safety standards, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001

What We’re Looking For:
Secondary School Graduation Diploma with a valid Certificate of Apprenticeship
Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing
3–5 years of practical experience preferred
Technical & Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EAM CMMS systems
Strong understanding of safety practices under the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Ability to interpret schematics, design drawings, and O&M manuals
Good communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
Designs, develops and implements Control Systems
Programs PLC’s including Allen Bradley, Siemens and ControlLogix
Programs HMI & servo systems program
Programs robotics and automation systems
Integrates electrical systems
Coordinates and supervises machine startups and process launch
Designs control panels, wiring diagrams and BOM
Troubleshoots electrical systems - (575 volts, wiring, fuses etc)
Understands of Wonder Ware software
Instructs maintenance personnel on the use, functionality, and programming of all automation systems
Mentors licensed Electricians and help them develop PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
Assists in automation cell improvements and actively implements continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and robotics
Press appreciation projects (repairs and rebuilds) will be a key focus
Support plant major breakdowns and repairs as needed

Qualifications:
University Degree in Electrical Engineering or College Diploma
