WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support all aspects of the end-to-end global payroll process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness—working closely with local payroll agencies and global vendors (PEOs/EORs/payroll providers).
• Prepare and review semi-monthly and monthly payroll data, including earnings, taxes, equity, bonuses, and deductions.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, validate reports, and support general ledger payroll entries and accruals (e.g., in NetSuite or similar systems).
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and government agencies worldwide.
• Collaborate with local payroll agencies to maintain compliance with tax regulations, social security, and labor law requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements, and support audit and compliance efforts.
• Maintain and update documentation for payroll processes, controls, and procedures.
• Serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, delivering high-quality support and subject matter expertise to employees, HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Work cross-functionally with HR, benefits, accounting, and external partners to ensure data integrity and alignment throughout the payroll lifecycle.
• Identify and contribute to payroll process improvements and automation initiatives, including system integrations and workflow enhancements.
• Participate in global payroll projects, such as new country rollouts, vendor transitions, or system upgrades.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years supporting global payrolls across regions such as EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
• Solid understanding of international payroll processes, including compliance with local tax and labor laws.
• Experience with equity compensation and related payroll/tax reporting (e.g.,RSUs, ESPP).
• Experience working with third-party global payroll vendors or PEO/EOR partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in Japan, Singapore, India and Australia summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful for business teams
• Take ownership of the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity
• Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz’s customers and the requests from Wiz’s internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 6+ years of transaction experience with an emphasis on commercial contracts, preferably in-house at technology companies (law firm experience will also be considered)
• Experience in negotiating SaaS contracts with customers in Japan, Singapore, India or Australia.
• Ability to negotiate and draft contracts and legal language
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience in handling and dealing with data privacy related questions when negotiating SaaS contracts and DPAs
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Japan, Singapore, India or Australia with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer
• Strong “business-friendly” style that comes with an understanding that the legal team’s primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the business
• Ability to structure, draft and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreement, partner agreements and NDAs
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative and open-minded approach
• Ability to work independently on a remote basis and as a member of a global team

As aSr. Partner Solutions Architect, you will be part of the sales team responsible for supporting our GSI Partners, reporting to the Manager, Partner Solutions Architecture. You will work closely with partner facing account reps, and directly with our partners to build and execute the Wiz + Partner technical strategy and solutions, from the ground up.

As the go-to technical expert you will help partners rethink how they approach cloud security and how they set a preference with customers for the Wiz + Partner solution. You will be the trusted technical advisor to your partners for all things related to cloud security across: AWS, Azure, GCP, and other CSPs.

• Help build and mature the Wiz Public Sector program!
• Act as trusted advisor for all matters related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Perform architecture reviews and provide federal architecture requirements to help bring new features to Wiz4Gov.
• Ownership and crafting of detailed diagrams that align with FedRAMP ABD, NFD and DFD requirements, using tools like LucidChart, Visio, etc.
• Help test and validate new features to see their value for customer’s as well as help Wiz meet its own security and compliance goals.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including DevOps teams, engineering teams, compliance officers, public sector operations and auditors, to address security-related concerns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide technical input into the development of System Security Plans (SSP), working with third-party assessment organizations (3PAOs) to achieve new authorizations, implement significant changes, etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest FedRAMP, DISA and NIST guidelines and ensure that systems and processes adhere to these standards, addressing any compliance issues promptly

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 4+ years of experience working as a Federal Cloud Architect/Engineer or Federal Security Architect/Engineer in AWS (Google Cloud and Azure is a plus!), or 7+ combined experience as a Security/Cloud Engineer or Security/Cloud Architect.
• Experience working with technologies like microservices, containers, Kubernetes, IaC, Configuration Management, APIs, CI/CD.
• Expertise architecting solutions using cloud native services, while following cloud security best practices.
• A strong sense of taking ownership for projects and leading them from start to finish.

• Firsthand experience designing architecture in public cloud environments around the DoD CC SRG technical requirements and guiding a CSP (SaaS preferred) through an IL4 or IL5 ATO.

• Expertise architecting networking solutions in public cloud using cloud native services, while following cloud security best practices.

• Hands-on experience with cloud native environments utilizing containers (Kubernetes), microservices, IaC (infrastructure as code) and configuration management tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOPs and automated build, test, and release processes.
