You will report to the Director of Employee Communications and work closely with Executive Communications Leads and various stakeholders across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop from concept to execution a range of content designed for use in various communication materials, such as newsletters, company intranet, emails, and internal social media, and community content.
• Day-to-day management of the company communication platforms and channels, ensuring they are up to date, engaging, and aligned with company goals.
• Develop communication plans and content geared for internal audiences that support the objectives of the various organizations.
• Leverage video for creative storytelling, with a strong focus on writing scripts and developing short-form video content.
• Support internal events such as company meetings to promote employee engagement.

, you will play a critical role in coaching and enabling people leaders by providing guidance on core people management topics. REQUIRED
