Broad Functions:

• Develop, automate, deploy, provide training, maintain and support automated visualization systems for Global Quality

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:

• Interacts with global quality and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
• Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata source.
• Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to Global Quality owner.
• Generates ad-hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for Global Quality users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Quality Data Analytics & Related Machine Learning Projects
  • Improve overall Quality tasks/monitoring by apply Data Analytics & ML skill.
• Visualization automation development and maintenance for Global Quality
  • Consolidate requirements
  • Develop, automate, deploy, provide training, maintain and support visualization systems for Global Quality
• Data ingestion onto Database, AMAZON REDSHIFT/ TERADATA etc.
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• Support CFEs and Factory team on data analysis request on Data
  • Provide support to CFEs and factory quality data query and data analysis requests
  • Support in the areas of running query, analyze data and provide recommendation base on the data analysis objective
• System support and maintenance
  • Identify data integrity issues
  • Work with owners of source systems to fix root cause of data integrity issues
• Maintaining Global Quality Data and System Team shared folder and website
  • Maintain Global Quality server and shared folders
  • Structure department server and shared folder for easy information access
  • Structure department shared folders and maintain information security
• Supplier Quality Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports
  • Support in the areas of running query, analyze data and provide recommendation base on the data analysis objective

REQUIRED:

• Master, or Bachelor in Computer Science/Data Science/Information Technology/Applied Mathematics, Statistic or related field.
• Expertise in data scient area, data query/analysis and Machine Learning Projects.
• Must possess strong hands-on expertise in developing database and message-oriented applications.

• Quality Management System

Responsibilities

• Work with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, process & product engineers, design engineers, etc collaboratively to develop new data science solutions that improve productivity and operations metrics.
• Researching and developing scalable Generative-AI solutions using AWS Bedrock platform, Large Language Models (LLM) and prompt engineering for factory/engineering usage
• Deploy models and solutions using DevOps/MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS & Edge to ensure scalability and reproducibility.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML algorithms, image analytics and software into the Analytics systems (including chatbot/AR/Computer Vision) as well as develop prototypes.
• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Analytics Systems/solutions (Data engineering, Data Science, Chatbot, AI, Generative-AI, AR, Computer vision and Visualization/Web App) independently and delivered on time.
• Meeting users, gathering user requirements and communicating requirements to a technical team member for technical solution design, feasibility study & planning.
• Translate User Request into Analytics Solution from a system perspective. Prepare and deliver presentations with data visualizations and business conclusions.

Qualification

• Masters or Bachelor Degree in Computer science, data science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant work experience and education background.
• We will also consider applicants with the equivalent combination of education, technical expertise, training, or work experience.
• Preferably minimum 3-4 years of working experience in related field (Generative-AI & Chatbot).

Skills
