  • Generate and analyze reports on master data management metrics and provide insights for decision-making, which include but not limited to OTIF, capacity utilization, inventory holding.
  • Monitor data trends and predict potential data issues to proactively address them with data owners.
  • Act as site representative to support global or business driven projects, contribute to digital transformation initiatives and perform UAT for new systems or enhancements.
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects and additional assignments by the manager.
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Work Experience
  • Min 8 years of master data management experience in manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in master data management tools, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and data analysis software. Experience in data governance frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices
  • Project management skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Hands-on proficiency in SAP specifically Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and

  • Work with formal systems, such as cGMP, ISO, to ensure that existing processes and workflows within production are in conformance with Safety and Quality requirements. Ensure that change control procedure is strictly followed.
  • Lead in investigating open Deviations and Out-of-Specification (OOS) events to ensure their timely and effective resolution and support the implementation of CAPAs to prevent recurrence.

  • Ensure all production records/documents are adequately filled by the business support team, as specified within existing procedure. Support audit activities by retrieving filled records/documents, as and when required by Quality department.
  • Lead the business support team to provide administrative supports to Production departments in managing production data and reports, include updating production trackers, reports, KPI boards, etc.
  • Manage the inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for production departments, ensuring there are sufficient supplies to production personnel.
  • Responsible for the management of production gowns and staff lockers for production departments.
  • Drive for implementation of Training Within Industry (TWI) program within production departments, following the established roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Global project team of TWI implementation, continually assess and review site TWI program, ensuring it is aligned with the Global direction, under the standardization approach.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer session for TWI - Job Instruction (JI) method to newly assigned Production Training Leads or Production Trainers.
  • Responsible for performance management of Production Training Leads, including provide coaching/mentoring, conduct performance appraisals, and establish development plans.
  • Lead the daily Material Review Board (MRB) process, to collectively determine disposition of non-conforming materials promptly and reduce scrap and rework where possible.
  • Manage the rework activities of QC rejected Semi-finished Goods (SFG), to prevent it from contributing to delivery OTIF failure.
  • Lead the production team for annual stock count activities, include pre-stock count preparation, resources planning, establishing workflow, and provide training to the involved personnel.
  • Continually analyze, evaluate, and review existing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and inventory management methods, identify the gaps, and initiate for improvement by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Assist in driving for Operational Excellence (OPEX) in production department, execute or participate in tasks as assigned by superiors to achieve target maturity level.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in elastomer manufacturing or elastomer related manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience working with ISO9000, and cGMP is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of LEAN and 6 Sigma manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001/local HSE legislation, manufacturing, and process automation.
  • Proficiency working with computers and various applications- i.e., SAP, MES, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective problem-solving by utilizing problem-solving tool, i.e., A3.

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Support Specialist is required to provide administrative and technical end user support in West manufacturing facilities, offices and warehouses in the APAC region. The person is expected to provide 24/7 technical assistance via email, phone and in-person support whichever deem necessary upon activation.

S/He must also have technical troubleshooting experience, knowledge and good understanding of the backend infrastructure support which includes but is not limited to network and server support. Additionally, the person is expected to resolve incident and problem tickets logged in the JIRA ticketing system and be able to provide support to 3rd party application programmes like JAMF, Solidworks, SCCM, Intune, etc. The candidate must have strong project management and execution experience, especially on local and regional basis are required. The person must be able to work with various stakeholders to complete projects and jobs assigned to him/her.

•Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support and assistance pertaining to network, server and IT infrastructure related matters
•Provide end user client computing support like Windows 10&11, MS Office suites, Live meeting, Zscaler and etc.
•Provide Data Centre management and support
•Provide solution to incident and problem tickets reported in the JIRA ticketing system
•Co-ordinate purchase of IT hardware and software

  • Coordinate with D&T and other departments to ensure data integration and synchronization across different systems, understand and address their data management requirements.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
  • Support the implementation and customization of master data management tools and technologies.
  • Generate and analyze reports on master data management metrics and provide insights for decision-making, which include but not limited to OTIF, capacity utilization, inventory holding.
  • Monitor data trends and predict potential data issues to proactively address them with data owners.
  • Act as site representative to support global or business driven projects, contribute to digital transformation initiatives and perform UAT for new systems or enhancements.
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects and additional assignments by the manager.
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Work Experience
  • Min 8 years of master data management experience in manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in master data management tools, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and data analysis software. Experience in data governance frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices
  • Project management skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Hands-on proficiency in SAP specifically Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and
    Warehouse Management (WM)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and utilize data, metrics, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing and experience in cGMP would be an
    advantage.
  • Familiar with logistics and production planning concepts (e.g. JIT, MRP, VMI) preferred.
  • Broad range of computer skills – spreadsheet, statistical applications.
  • Facilitation skills to lead meetings, workshops, and discussions effectively.
