Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Utilize ERP or MRP system (scanners where applicable) for all receipts, transfers, and shipments.
  • Conveys, sorts, and places materials to fill work orders, sales orders and/or requests for material(s), finished goods and other items as needed.
  • Verifies and maintains records of outgoing shipments.
  • Assembles, marks, opens, weighs, counts and verifies various materials, product(s), and supplies. Palletize and shrink-wrap product. Operates forklift to stack or tier items stored in the warehouse. Loads and unloads trucks when necessary.
  • Verifies product to purchase order and completes the required paperwork and labels where applicable.
  • Completes required cycle counts throughout the fiscal month as required and at year-end.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Or Equivalent required
Work Experience
  • Minimum six months prior warehouse experience required

  • Must be able to work assigned shift(s) with overtime as required to complete assignments if necessary.

Realizar as atividades pertinentes à área de Melhoria Contínua; assessorar as diversas áreas da empresa no estudo de mudanças de “layout”, aprimoramento de processos, identificação e realização das oportunidades de redução de custo e melhoria de produtividade; manter atualizada a documentação dos processos existentes; realizar treinamentos relativos aos procedimentos e iniciativas de melhoria continua; auditar os processos produtivos; liderar e orientar projetos de melhoria; orientar as equipes de operação quanto a aspectos de qualidade, produtividade, segurança e melhoria contínua.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Encaminhar ações corretivas e preventivas para problemas relacionados a processos, máquinas e equipamentos, nas áreas de produção, realizando as melhorias definidas, através de ferramentas de análise de causa raiz e soluções de problemas.
  • Otimizar processos produtivos novos e já existentes utilizando ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
  • Assessorar as áreas no estudo de mudanças de layout, atividades e aprimoramento de processos.
  • Realizar atividades de pesquisa aplicada com o objetivo de adquirir novos conhecimentos, com vistas ao desenvolvimento ou aprimoramento de produtos, processos e sistemas.
  • Fornecer subsídios para a elaboração de novos projetos, levantando parâmetros para a substituição, ampliação ou atualização de equipamentos, elaborando e fornecendo orçamentos para serem alocados no “Budget” da empresa.
  • Realizar treinamentos relativos aos processos de manufatura, critérios de aceitação da qualidade e melhoria contínua.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ganhos e executar melhorias de processos, máquinas e equipamentos, visando obter redução de custos, aumento da produtividade, maior segurança e qualidade.

Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials required in processes.

  • Utilize SAP, shop floor systems, Excel, and other information systems in the scheduling and planning of manufactured products.

  • Backup various supply chain and planning positions and responsibilities as needed.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Elaborar planos de manutenções preventivas e preditivas, assegurando que todos os recursos estejam disponíveis para a execução das atividades.
