In this role, you will:
Be responsible for Situation Investigation and Problem Analysis, Feasibility Assessments, Business Case Development, Process and Service Improvement, Business Acceptance Testing, Business Change Deployment and Requirements Definition.
Run discovery, elicitation and design workshops with stakeholders at varying levels to ensure problem statements are fully understood, that requirements are holistic and that they are documented to the highest standards).
Define and document requirements and user stories using Jira as prescribed by the team and run appropriate meetings to validate the artefacts produced prior to signoff.
Undertake gap analysis across a given operating model.
Support Idea generation.
Produce dashboards to monitor user story and testing progress as prescribed by the team.
Document test scenarios and create tests packs.
Display a high degree of stakeholder management and analysis.
Support the project manager when required to do so.
Identify, analyse and manage risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating as necessary and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines.
Build relationships and influence Internal and external stakeholders to help navigate Wells Fargo move towards the it future state in line with the firm strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Maintain up to date working knowledge of the industry and ensure that the organization’s interests are considered.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working within financial services specialising in Capital Markets.
Be familiar with both the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the broader Business Change Life Cycle (BCLC).
Experience of Investment Operations and the trade Lifecycle demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization.
Resilient, organised with a high degree of attention to detail.
Excellent documentation skills ensuring traceability of the delivery back to requirements.
Experience documenting testing strategies, coordinating testing efforts across multiple platforms and business functions, capturing and documenting UAT results, creation of test scripts and managing and communicating progress.
Ability to identify the root cause of problems and propose solutions resulting in clear options and recommendations that can be considered to address the issues identified.
Experience working within both waterfall and agile methods of project delivery.
Aptitude to structure multiple tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints.

The Operations Associate is seen as a subject matter expert and therefore will need to be able to perform all operational activities in ABL and treasury operations activities in IF/CF. In this role, you will:
Complete all daily cash nostro real-time monitoring for settlement status & liquidity blockages per documented procedure & task checklists (monitoring inbound & outbound flows).
Advise MCT desk of total amount of outgoing currency required & therefore the funding position daily.
Assist MCT in ensuring nostro EOD balances are within agreed thresholds Liaise with relevant Ops teams and MCT in regard to unsettled high value payments.
Provide any required advance notification for specific settlements above agreed thresholds to MCT desk as per agreed Liquidity management RACIs.
Monitor account systems and advise MCT desks of any shortfall.
Execute funding requests from various EMEA Ops teams or MCT desk to move funds across nostros /CSD cash accounts in order to ensure underlying LOB transactions are settled on time.
Own & complete daily cash forecasting activities for the various businesses.
Act on requests in regard to flattening any excess funding positions as per MCT requests.
Execute on various specific Cash management team tasks in regard to the type of business cash being monitored , e.g. for the FX business the team will create & send EOD confirmation if Reg W account need to be funded.
Provide daily files with T+1 Cash Flow deals to Treasury for the relevant EMEA entities, aligned to agreed thresholds for the various legal entities.
Complete required team owned MIS, including monthly FX Risk Packs for required ALCO meetings.
Complete any other recurring or ad-hoc reporting requests as advised by manager or delegate.
