Working closely with CRE in the UK and Ireland and Speciality Real Estate Finance Group in the US, we structure, underwrite and distribute loans throughout the capital stack to a diverse range of banks, insurers, pension funds, asset managers and debt funds globally. You will work on a broad range of financing types such as acquisition, construction, event driven and take private financings, opining on the marketability of the underwritten loan and executing the distribution.

In this role, you will:

  • Produce analysis, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare marketing documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations to aid client conversations and enhance execution prospects
  • Conduct extensive financial and industry market research to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction
  • Prepare detailed financial, comparables and commercial analysis such as distribution risk probability analysis with credible recommendations
  • Provide relevant and timely support to senior bankers when responding to all of our stakeholder’s queries, both internal and external
