As a Senior Independent Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing tests on newly developed software applications and other solutions to ensure they are efficient and to industry standards. Your job duties will include developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, analyzing and reviewing data from existing tests, and developing new testing tools and processes. In addition, you will be expected to maintain our technical architectures, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with developers and IT teams in the development of applications and testing environments. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least four to five years of experience in software testing and development. Proficiency with programming languages such as Java and C++, as well as familiarity with different software testing approaches such as unit testing and regression testing is highly desired. Additionally, you must be able to work cooperatively in team settings, be self-motivated, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
