As a Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist in the Tech Industry at Wells Fargo in Bengaluru India, you will join a team of highly skilled and passionate individuals who are dedicated to helping shape the future of banking services. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in managing enterprise risk across all Technology divisions. This includes helping to develop a comprehensive enterprise risk strategy and framework, driving risk and control initiatives, and leading assessments of internal controls. You will ensure that risk is properly identified and managed through the identification of appropriate risks, the development of appropriate processes, and the implementation of effective controls. You will be expected to work in a highly collaborative team environment in order to develop a comprehensive risk management program for the entire enterprise. Your ability to work cross-functionally and identify and understand risk exposures across the enterprise will be key to success in this role. You will need strong communication and problem solving skills in order to build relationships with all levels of business and Technology teams to achieve successful risk management.
