  • Workflow Coordination:
  • Manage and streamline daily operations across 23 business line groups handling complaint intake.
  • Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Prepare and lead monthly performance scorecard meetings for Intake team members.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Administrative, Engagement & Communication Support:
  • Maintain and update distribution lists, org charts, team listings, and SharePoint content.
  • Provide backup support for lead admin duties, including executive support.
  • Plan and coordinate onsite and virtual employee events.
  • Communicate event details and gather feedback to improve future planning.
  • Create newsletters, announcements, and presentations for internal events.
  • Track attendance and engagement metrics to generate insights.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Assists in the implementation of an effective risk management framework.

  • Identifies and escalates matters requiring attention to the appropriate area.
  • Performs work on projects and initiatives and assists in the assessment and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Coordinates the collection and/or compilation of data and compiles and provides reports.
  • May assist in report development and analyzing data.
  • Provides guidance, support and recommendations to Lines of Business and assists in the implementation of Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of applicable experience

  • Intermediate understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
  • Intermediate understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
  • Ability to build and manage a team of Business Risk professionals who have credibility and work directly with business line management, as appropriate
  • Knowledge of Business Risk competencies
  • Strong process facilitation and project management skills
  • Effective presentation and relationship building skills
  • Possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
  • Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations
  • Strong PC skills, particularly spreadsheet, databases, reporting, PowerBI, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday between 2 PM to 10 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM
  • The role offers a hybrid schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
