  • Insights & Storytelling: Derive clear, actionable insights from complex datasets; translate findings into business guidance to influence leadership decision making
  • Forecasting & Modeling: Develop and maintain forecasting frameworks, models, and performance tracking to measure incrementality, whitespace, LTV/CAC, and share of wallet.
  • Growth Measurement: Partner with Finance and Sales to define what success looks, and how to measure impact over time.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work with senior stakeholders to analyze sales performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and guide account planning and book-building decisions.
  • Global Alignment: Centralize reporting across regions (US/C, APAC, EMEA) to ensure consistency in forecasting, attainment measurement, and growth reporting.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or related field
  • Advanced SQL expertise (joins, aggregations, window functions, performance tuning).
  • Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Qlik).

About the role

You will develop automations of varying size and complexity, from medium-scale tasks to large-scale business processes, fully automated end-to-end.

As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building solutions that are resilient, scalable, and adaptable, following best practices and continuously refining them with data-driven improvements.

You will translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, delivering automation solutions iteratively and incrementally, and aligning priorities closely with the Operations Coordinator.

We focus on four core areas:

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain automations to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Streamline workflows, automate entire processes, refactor, build data-pipelines
  • Suggest innovative approaches to solve complex business problems, at scale, following the best practices in terms of quality, time management, technical documentation, code review
  • Analyze business requirements or suggest improvements, proactively
  • Conduct root cause analyses and propose data-driven strategies
  • Present your work to Stakeholders and adapt your communication to a variety of audiences, using either technical or business terms

What you'll need

  • Analyze Uber’s intangible property structure and work with external / internal advisors to develop intangible valuation models to support internal restructuring, M&A and other planning projects
  • Provide transfer pricing technical guidance to accounting teams to set up transfer pricing calculation methodologies
  • Collaborate with tax reporting teams on the transfer pricing aspects of tax provision and reporting, including ASC 740/FIN48 analysis and documentation, intercompany calculation review and financial forecasts transfer pricing adjustments
  • Collaborate with the tax controversy team and external advisors to manage transfer pricing audits by preparing analysis and responses to information requests by tax authorities
  • Monitor the global establishment of new entities, structures, and business lines and provide transfer pricing support on new business models
  • Stay informed of major transfer pricing development and model the impact of changes on Uber’s transfer pricing structure
  • Come up with your own ideas on how existing processes can be constantly improved and drive the implementation of the improvements to ensure scalability of Uber’s transfer pricing processes

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of transfer pricing experience in accounting / consulting firms and/or multinational companies
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting or similar field
