As an Uber Eats Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and manage a portfolio of accounts, taking ownership of the whole process of onboarding, creating, and developing relationships with each of your clients. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and maintaining Uber Eats' products and services, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively driving revenue, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be expected to run weekly performance reviews, provide input to the sales and marketing teams to ensure success, and work closely with Uber's engineering teams to understand and ensure product improvements.
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, strong organizational and project management skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a good understanding of Uber Eats products and services. An understanding of strategic sales and marketing tactics, the ability to build relationships and collaborate to reach objectives, and expertise in leveraging data to uncover insights and opportunities are also highly desirable.
