ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and articulate comprehensive designs to all levels of management within the organization and obtain approval for proposed solutions.
2. Provide direction to Systems Analysts to gather, formulate, define and design efficient and effective solutions to the most complex business problems.
3. Provide thought-leadership for assigned projects and applications to developers, other system analysts, operations, and other Technology areas.
4. Analyze complex requirements, plan and design large-scale business applications, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering, with the end goal of creating applications that are Easy, Simple, Fast, Safe, Secure and Stable.
5. Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into solution requirements and design.
6. Provide team members and users with assistance solving the most complex application-related problems, such as malfunctions and difficult to identify program problems.
7. Utilize a risk-based approach in all duties to minimize deployment risks.
8. Develop, document and revise flow chart’s system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards.
9. Review and analyze applications, including performance results, to locate code problems.
11. Serve as project leaders for all sizes of systems projects.
12. Maintain an expert knowledge of testing documentation and execution skills.
13. Coordinate the installation of application enhancements/releases of net new applications of moderate complexity.
14. Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
15. Assess the usefulness of the most complex pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
16. Maintain an expert business and operations knowledge of direct and associated clients in order to add value in analyzing complex and highly integrated projects.
17. Architect technical solutions to complex problems.
18. Research and debug complex technical problems.
19. Stay current with emerging technologies, their strengths and weaknesses and their application to business solutions.
20. Produce cost/benefit analysis for system improvements to support comparison of alternative solutions and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Ten years of experience and high proficiency with the following information technologies:
Information security best practices
IT performance/scalability principles
Relational database technologies
Principles of a service oriented architecture
Mainframe, distributed, Web, and/or networking technologies
Design tools and techniques
Application development methodologies
Technology testing and change implementation best practices
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong collaborative and consultative skills
5. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
6. Ability to lead, direct and train teams of Developers and Systems Analysts
Preferred Requirements:
2 – 3 years of Real Estate Lending Technology experience
Experience working with an ecosystem that includes vendor hosted and self-hosted applications.
Visual / Audio / Speaking
Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding
Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients. Sell, deliver and provide ongoing service for a broad range of fee income and retail banking products and services appropriate to mass affluent clients. Premier Bankers should deliver a level of personalized, attentive service that clients deem outstanding.
2. Establish and periodically update understanding of client financial needs and conditions based upon sound profiling and personal financial planning analysis. Proactively work with the financial advisor on assigned investment accounts for adherence to investment and asset allocation objectives and policies.
4. Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by acquiring new clients, expanding services, and marketing new products to existing clients. Successfully participate in the sales management process, which includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of excellent client service behaviors, support of the Truist segmentation models, full use of the automated sales process and support of referral processes and guidelines. Monitor, maintain and update sales activity, pipeline and other pertinent information using the bank's contact management system.
7. Work within existing audit, compliance and regulatory framework in order to ensure a high quality, compliant portfolio of client relationships.
8. Participate in the ongoing implementation and development of the Premier Banking program, including processes, products, services and operating policies and procedures. Provide mentoring to less experienced bankers in support of establishing a high level of professionalism, client service and responsiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training.
2. Minimum of six years of financial services experience with a demonstrated ability to meet minimum performance standards working with clients to deliver banking, investments, risk management and retail lending solutions. (Banking experience may include Retail, Wealth, Advisory, and/or Retail Lending experience) OR, 3 years’ experience in a financial client relationship manager role.
3. Advanced knowledge of a broad range of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management/asset allocation concepts and understanding of retail credit and traditional retail bank products for the mass affluent market.
4. A minimum of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA Series 7, 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) and applicable Insurance licenses (Life, Health, and Variable) must be active and maintained, or must be obtained within 100-150 days of job entry date. Active FINRA licenses must be transferred within 60 days of job entry date. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant with 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
5. Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
6. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills including demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
7. Previous experience using financial planning software; demonstrated ability to deliver advisor led financial planning that addresses the following key areas - banking, planning, risk, investments and estate – for mass affluent clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or banking
2. Retail Banking experience
3. Completion or enrollment in professional level certification programs (preference in rank order): Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA), Accredited Asset Management Specialist AAMS® , Certified Trust and Financial Advisor CTFA®, Chartered Life Underwriter CLU®, CRPC® – Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, or ChFC® – Chartered Financial Consultant®
4. Completion of Leadership Development Program or Banking School such as Truist Leadership Development Program or Banking School
