ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Primarily aligned with and provides support to a limited number of Industry Specialists and respective industries. With increasing frequency, engages with teammates independently to represent the industries for the purpose of prospecting, training and education. Begins to independently formulate and develop industry specific thought leadership
2. Responsible for being visible in the regions through in person visits, virtual meetings or conference calls; responsible for independently educating the regions and representing the industries on behalf of the Industry Specialists
3. Works with Industry Specialists to deepen relationships with Regions by attending planning sessions and setting up and running targeted planning calls with RMs and Team Leads
4. Effectively works with internal and external constituencies with minimal oversight from Industry Specialists toward a targeted goal of influencing and enhancing all constituents’ industry knowledge
5. Responsible for independently managing all aspects of transaction execution including pitch creation, deal team formation, working call leadership and complex transaction issue resolution
6. Takes leadership role in organizing and leading calls with deal team members from across the enterprise, as well as calls with external constituencies, independently representing Industry Specialty on calls and in meetings (including but not limited to risk, underwriting, legal, client, outside counsel, other outside firms) related to transaction execution
7. Drives growth of industries through creation of industry specific content, including pitch materials, newsletters, industry presentations, internal educational documents, ad hoc publications, and independent thought leadership pieces all providing relevant insights for clients and prospects and developing industry-specific portfolio insights; assists with prospecting efforts in partnership with regions by collaborating to create prospect lists

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive inbound requests on team phone queue on a daily basis (4 hrs/day) and accept proportion of team monthly call volume. Also accept and work proportion of team emails.
