Roles may include:

• Equipment Engineering: Maintains, enhances, and installs advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Process Engineering: Drives process improvements, data analysis and gaining a deeper knowledge of a specific process.
• Product Engineering: Resolves application issues designing, debugging, and correlating test hardware and software.
• Facilities Engineering: Supports and evaluates operational and site conditions at a TI facility.
• Quality Engineering: Analyzes control data and conformance of manufactured units .
• Packaging Engineering: Develops internal and external solutions for semiconductor packaging technologies
• Manufacturing Supervisor: Supervises the Operators and implements activities to meet production goals, quality and objectives.
• Production Planning: Develops detailed production schedules based on planned orders, forecasts, and inventory levels while closely working with manufacturing teams to ensure necessary resources and materials are available to meet production goals.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics/Electrical, Chemical, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, engineering, or any related fields.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and tools, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.

Production Specialists process wafers of different technologies and support the manufacturing operations at either a wafer fab or assembly test site.
In wafer fabs, Production Specialists operate various equipment in performing functions such as aligning, masking, etch and diffusion.

Minimum requirements:

• Should not be under the age of 18.
• Must fall under any of the following criteria.
  • 2-year undergrad in any technical course.
  • Completed secondary education (under new curriculum) under the STEM track or ICT
  • Completed secondary education (under old curriculum) but with minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor/ automated manufacturing industry/ TESDA assembly servicing.
• College graduate/undergrad with non-technical/business course and have not been employed under their related course for the last 2 years and does not have license on their field
• Willing to work on shifting schedules include graveyard.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (or related engineering field), with above average scholastic records and zero to less than 2 years of working experience
• Strong programming skills using languages such as Visual Basic, C++, Pascal, or similar. Basic knowledge on IGXL software, Unix and Linux OS is preferable
• Understands board schematic diagrams and circuitry very well
• Internship training with TI or other semicon industry is preferable
• Must demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Demonstrates data driven behavior, extracts relevant data, correctly interprets data, and utilizes data to gain alignment for actions and initiatives
• Is good with aggressive deadlines and is driven by facts, data and results
• Comfortable working with all levels of an organization, takes feedback objectively
• Able to work with equal effectiveness in autonomous and collaborative environments
