Compensation Data

The position is responsible for the execution of the HCP strategy, evaluation of market conditions, identification of issues and opportunities within the therapeutic category (CNS/Neurology), development of campaigns/tactics which target Health Care Providers (HCPs) aligned with the overarching brand strategies and objectives. The Associate Director reports to the Marketing Director and works with internal Teva colleagues, sales coworkers and agency partners to develop HCP content and prepare for their implementation and launch.


ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • HCP Strategy and Tactics
    • Implement the overall marketing strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification.
    • Work closely with all agency partners to lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, personal, non-personal, KOL engagement, congresses and other relevant platforms
    • Evolve HCP messaging and campaign elements
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to drive brand growth
    • Diagnose obstacles to brand growth and work collaboratively to provide solutions
    • Assist in the annual brand planning process
    • Manage and coordinate all HCP and KOL programs and efforts
  • Brand Management
    • Analyzes market data and information to make informed decisions

• Experience in managing an Agency of Record or other agencies that support a brand required
• Experience in CNS/Neurology strongly preferred

Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a minimum of 10 years in commercial or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience with pipeline strategy, early asset development, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of immunology (experience across multiple therapeutic areas a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate science into strategy and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Insights or Analytics is advantageous.
Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $210,00 – 275,625 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Track emerging trends, scientific advances, and competitive dynamics to inform Teva’s innovation strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across R&D, BD, and commercial teams to align insights and strategy globally.

Travel Requirements: Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross-functional planning

Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, MPH) preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years in strategic insights, pipeline strategy, business development, or commercial analytics within pharma/biotech.
  • Strong understanding of immunology and related therapeutic areas (autoimmune, inflammatory, biologics).
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations that influence decision-making.
  • Experience supporting early-stage asset development and BD evaluations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
