The Engineer will provide the overall subject matter expertise on Global level, on a cluster level and on a site level as needed.

Scope of Subject Matter Expert support may include – Standardization processes, Compliance GAP CAP, Reliability improvements, Machine, Facility and Process design and PS, RA processes.

BP scope through the above site processes and monitoring framework, focus but not limited to:

Your experience and qualifications

• Ensure engineering processes are compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, ISO standards, FDA, EMA) and quality management systems.
• Participate in audits, inspections by regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to required standards.• Manage engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all operational requirements.
• Establish and maintain clear timelines, milestones, and KPIs for all engineering projects.• Build a high-performing engineering team through recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development initiatives.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading Engineering teams in a highly regulated industry.Aseptic Pharma experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in managing Capital and Operational expenses
• Adequate experience in maintenance in a relevant industrial production environment like chemical and pharmaceutical production, preferred knowledge of GMP and EH&S local regulations.
