  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements (including service agreements, advertising agency agreements, market research agreements, grants & donations, etc.)
  • Provide legal input on digital marketing, social media, and digital device projects
  • Support compliance with EU laws, industry codes, and Teva policies
  • Coordinate pan-European projects, policies, and forums
  • Identify legal risks, implement mitigation strategies, and deliver training
  • Contribute to internal investigations, litigation management, and best practice development
Your experience and qualifications
  • Law degree and preferably bar admittance in an EU jurisdiction
  • 8+ years’ legal experience in-house or in a top-tier law firm, with EU legal expertise (regional experience a plus)
  • European jurisdiction law experience, regional experience is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry and its dynamic and customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and business-oriented legal advice skills
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within the EU, including to Haarlem

  • Participate on establishing and maintaining a compliant Pharmacovigilance function in the Czech Republic.
  • Act as a back-up of the local representative for Pharmacovigilance oh behalf of Teva for local Regulatory Authorities SÚKL (State Institute for Drug Control) and UVZSR (Public Health Authority ofthe Slovak republic).
  • Act as a back-up of the local Teva representative for pharmacovigilance in case of PV inspections conducted in the Czech Republic.
  • Participate in ensuring that all Local and Global tracking systems are updated on a regular basis.
  • Participate in appropriate recording and documentation of all processes and procedures that are subject to audit.
  • Participate in maintenance of the Local Business Contingency Pian for pharmacovigilance activities, as necessary.
  • Participate in the Global and European PV meetings.
  • Back-up of Slovak Pharmacovigilance Officer -provides full back up in case of her absence or holiday.
  • Participate in ensuring appropriate management and processing of all individua! case reports and periodic reports received, to ensure regulatory reporting compliance. This shall include close interactions with all local functions with the potential to receive individua! safety reports, including, but not limited to Quality Complaints, Medical Affairs/lnformation, Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in the review, maintenance and documentation for individua! case reports generated from all local organised safety data collection systems and market research surveys.
  • Participate in the case reconciliation with all interna! and external partners, as appropriate.
  • Participate in the revision of local labelling as identified following CCSI review, in a timely manner, liaising with Regulatory Affairs and Medical if appropriate, and according to local procedures.
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of any local Risk Management Pian and all risk minimisation measures as required, in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, external partners, and with Global and European Pharmacovigilance as needed. Ensure liaison with the SIDC, as required locally.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Master's degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2-year experience in pharmacovigilance
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Czech

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Modern Workplace Lead , based in Sofia to spearhead the transformation of our digital workplace services.

The opportunity

This role will lead a team of highly skilled professionals and be responsible for the strategic direction, optimization, and continuous improvement of our modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences.

How you’ll spend your day

Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Define and drive the digital workplace strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
- Champion the adoption of modern workplace technologies and cloud-first principles.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to continuously evolve the digital workplace.
- Lead the development of a digital employee experience roadmap.


Technology Ownership
- Oversee and evolve the use of:
- Various Endpoint management solutions - Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune for Windows platforms, JAMF, SOTI.
- OneDrive for Business for secure file access and collaboration.
- Application packaging and imaging processes, patch management
- O365 Evergreen management
- Group Policy Objects (GPOs) – lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Group Policy across the enterprise.


Service Optimization
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and modernize workplace services.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all endpoint management platforms.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, architecture and support teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.


Governance & Reporting
- Establish governance frameworks for device management, policy enforcement, and software deployment.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Your experience and qualifications

- University Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in leading modern workplace or endpoint management teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- SCCM, Intune, JAMF Pro, SOTI MobiControl
- OneDrive for Business, Group Policy Management
- Application packaging and deployment
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Very good level in English.
- Preferred are:
- Microsoft certifications
- Experience in hybrid or cloud-first environments
- Expertise in automation and scripting (PowerShell, SQL query)
