  • Get into the process of the customer support teams to build and what is needed to move the needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Support leaders, engineering teams, and leadership
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with the Data teams to analyze data and inform product decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate new innovations into our products
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in the electric vehicle or technology industries

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure daily accuracy and timeliness of employee tax setup and updates
  • Manage the accurate reporting of payroll taxes to all agencies on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Oversee the filing of quarterly and annual tax documents, including 941s, State Unemployment Reports, W-2, W-3, T-4, RL-1, and other relevant forms for multiple countries
  • Ensure all employment taxes are paid and reported on time, addressing any discrepancies promptly
  • Track and analyze payroll tax remittance and accuracy metrics, using insights for process improvements and internal reporting
  • Use Cognos BI and other system software tools to generate audits and reports; make corrections and adjustments based on audit results
  • Respond to payroll tax inquiries via in-person requests, support tickets, phone calls, and emails
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field (preferred)
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification (preferred)
  • 10+ years of payroll management experience in the US and Canada, with 3+ years in multi-state payroll
  • Strong communication skills for resolving complex tax issues with jurisdictional authorities
  • Experience in developing payroll tax processes and procedures
  • Proven problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  • Knowledge of UltiPro payroll and tax systems (preferred)

  • Own and lead project management efforts across initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, timelines, resource planning, and execution tracking
  • Analyze key KPIs (e.g., AHT, ASA, CSAT, Recontact Rate) to uncover trends, develop insights, and guide strategic decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Training to implement solutions that reduce customer contacts and improve service efficiency
  • Build and present business cases to senior leadership using data and root-cause analysis to influence direction and priorities
  • Champion process improvements and automation opportunities that scale with Tesla’s rapid growth. Represent the voice of the front-line teams and customers by staying close to day-to-day operations and feedback loops
  • Continuously evaluate business performance and proactively suggest improvements to meet long-term strategic goals
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or analytics roles, ideally within a high-growth, customer-facing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting complex datasets to drive decision-making; advanced Excel and data visualization skills required (SQL and/or Python a plus)
  • Track record of delivering cross-functional projects end-to-end with clear business impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of customer support metrics, KPIs, and operational levers for improvement
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
