  • Collaborate with design, machining, and project teams to ensure build quality, adherence to specs, and functional performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and non-conformances
  • Establish and monitor quality KPIs, including scrap rates, rework, dimensional accuracy, and customer feedback
  • Lead first-piece inspections, in-process checks, and final quality audits
  • Utilize tools such as CMMs, GD&T, SPC, FMEAs, and control plans to ensure quality standards are met
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and implement improvements
  • Facilitate training for shop floor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices
  • Drive a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in tooling, die manufacturing, or metal casting environments
  • Strong understanding of HPDC tooling, machining, and inspection methods
  • Hands-on experience building or maintaining a QMS (ISO 9001 experience preferred)

  • Oversee commissioning and start-up of all electrical systems, from medium to low voltage, ensuring readiness for facility ownership
  • Work closely with third-party OEM equipment representatives during commissioning to align on standards and process requirements
  • Participate in system handover walks, document and track open issues, and confirm resolution of all outstanding construction and commissioning tasks
  • Review and accept turnover documentation, ensuring it meets design and operational requirements for seamless maintenance handover
  • Interpret complex electrical schematics for planning conduit and cable scopes, troubleshooting VFDs, switchgear, and motors (120V–25kV), including work at height when necessary
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician; facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Proficient in using trade tools, meters, and relevant technology to perform tasks effectively
  • Skilled in sizing conductors and conduits, with strong knowledge of the NEC Code Book
  • Experience with 24VDC to 25kV AC systems; expertise in troubleshooting motor controls, drives, and electronic components
  • Ability to interpret electrical prints, schematics, and perform equipment installation and circuit modifications

  • Respond to confined space, trench, rescue, high-angle rescue, and entrapments. Respond to hazardous material incidents to contain and mitigate life and environmental hazards
  • Provide basic/advanced life support during medical emergencies associate with trauma, chemical exposure, or medical emergencies
  • Collaborate with On Site Medical (OSM) team to ensure the best possible patient care and outcome. Support stakeholders with emergency action plans, emergency drills, and emergency communication
  • Provides detailed verbal, written, and computer reports pertaining to condition and care of patients. Organize, file, and maintain safety documentation (e.g., one note records, pass down logs,); Ensure all support documentation is collected for event reports.
  • Maintain a strong presence throughout the site engaging with shop stakeholders and production associates while fostering a robust safety culture. Support EHS Specialists with safety concerns and assist with coordination of safety supplies (first aid kits, eyewash stations, etc.)
  • Safely and efficiently operates emergency response and powered industrial vehicles. Perform confined space inventory, classification, and incident pre-planning. Support facility operations to minimize loss of production time
What You’ll Bring
  • Required - Firefighter 1 and 2 (IFSAC/Pro Board or TCFP), current National Registry Paramedic or TDSHS Paramedic, HazMat Awareness/Operations (HazMat Technician Preferred), FEMA ICS 100, 200, 700, 800 Certifications
  • Valid driver's license required to be able to operate assigned fleet
  • Rope Rescue/Confined Space Rescue Certifications Preferred
  • Fire Instructor 1 Preferred, OSHA 10 Certification - Completion required within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to rapidly respond to employee health emergencies, discern audible alarms and activate emergency procedures

  • Experience with high-speed die-sets, including tooling material selection, and knowledge of CNC die surface machining, welding, and spotting
  • Familiarity with Lean principles (waste elimination, continuous improvement, JIT, etc.)
