- Onderhouden, repareren en verbeteren: Met specifieke Tesla software en geavanceerde gereedschappen zul je reparaties en onderhoud uitvoeren aan alle Tesla modellen, met of zonder supervisie, naar gelang je kennis
- Sta garant voor top kwaliteit: Maak je werk in één keer goed af; we vertrouwen jou dat je de voertuigen waar je aan werkt met de hoogste zorg behandelt en nauwkeurig inspecteert voordat ze terugkeren naar hun berijder, of voordat ze voor de eerste keer naar een nieuwe berijder gaan
- Samenwerking: Je zult samenwerken met lokale en regionale teams, ondersteuning leveren waar nodig, en best practices delen om de gehele Service ervaring te verbeteren
- Ontwikkel: Je zult worden getraind door een toegewijd intern team van trainers, zodat je alles komt te weten over Tesla technologie en het werken aan onze voertuigen
- Experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
- Technically qualified: Ideally, you have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in the Netherlands
- A good communicator: You speak and write English and/or Dutch well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars)
- Flexible: You are willing to travel for mobile repairs and detail cars, when needed
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands

In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and an ongoing training on the job, provided by a Senior Technician. You will be working at one of our world class Service Centers in the Netherlands.

- Vier wieluitlijning (kennis en alle basisprincipes die te maken hebben met het uitlijnen van een voertuig)
- Aandrijfeenheid vervangen (dit is een Tesla-specifieke reparatie, het is goed om te weten hoe dit wordt uitgevoerd)
- Basisdiagnostiek
- Carrosserie-aanpassingen
- Bedienen van diverse hand-, elektrische en werkplaatsgereedschappen
- Uitvoeren van apparatuur inspecties en -kalibraties
- Uitvoeren van PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) van nieuwe auto's

- Body adjustments
- Operate a variety of hand, power and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Perform PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) of new cars

- Sterk gevoel voor teammentaliteit en betrouwbaarheid
- Positief, enthousiast en gepassioneerd over de veranderingen in de transportsector
- Niveau C1 in de Engelse taal (spreken en schrijven)
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om instructies op te volgen
- Vermogen om zakelijke kwesties en technische concepten te begrijpen en over te brengen

- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability

- Confidently communicate with customers as a Tesla ambassador through digital channels, and face-to-face to provide: Scheduling/status updates, waiter updates, and payment requirements
- Educate customers on Product, Tesla App, and answer any questions using customer friendly language
- Maintain a tidy, representable customer facing area (customer lounge, service entrance), and organize the parking lot
- Manage the service fleet, performing damage audits, flagging service requirements, and car cleaning
- Facilitate test drives in service, being an ambassador for new products and support in generating additional sales
- Manage arrival of unscheduled appointments and any surprises on site – ensuring smooth operations of the workshop
- Maintain a good understanding of Tesla’s products and service operations to perform basic, visual diagnostics and accurately record repair orders into systems
- Partner closely with internal teams (e.g. technicians) to guarantee customers' cars are serviced efficiently and seamlessly
- Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical or automotive environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English and Dutch languages
- Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record
