What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle for Energy UI applications, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, utilizing React, TypeScript, GraphQL and web tooling such as Next.js to create highly performant and scalable user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, service engineers and other software engineers, to define and implement features that enhance operational efficiency for our customers.
- Ensure that our web applications integrate seamlessly with backend distributed systems and support real-time monitoring, control, and reporting for energy assets
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of extensible design systems that prioritize scalability, maintainability, and exceptional user experiences
- Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to guarantee the reliability and performance of applications under various conditions
- Actively maintain and promote the core values of the team, which include engineering excellence, curiosity, a bias for action, self-awareness, inclusivity, and vulnerability, contributing to a positive and productive team culture
- Drive initiatives from concept to completion, from defining the business need with product experts, to conducting user interviews, culminating in feature implementation.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on developing and delivering user-centric web applications using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Next.js
- Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, as well as managing deployment infrastructure for web applications
- Solid understanding of web development best practices, design patterns, and scalability principles, including strategies for component reuse, such as module federation
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering robust, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet customer needs and drive operational excellence
- Enthusiasm for staying at the forefront of technology trends and a commitment to continuous learning, particularly in the fields of renewable energy and sustainable technologies

- Leverage sales team relationships with independent power producers, developers, and utilities to build a pipeline of energy optimization services opportunities within EMEA
- Achieve sales targets via negotiating and contracting
- Collaborate internally to define Tesla’s energy optimization offering scope, terms, and pricing, including developing complex financial structures and ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Contribute to the strategy for and preparation of tender responses, in collaboration with Tesla’s Megapack Sales team
- Maintain quality pipeline data and provide reporting to management as needed
- Assess market dynamics and drivers in designated markets, offering crucial insights to the wider Tesla team for formulating and implementing optimal go-to-market strategies
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the electricity and/or renewable energy industry, a background in the battery storage industry is a plus
- Sales or business development experience with a focus on customer interactions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ideally with experience on complex price models, storage/renewable project economics, techno-economic optimizations, quantitative risk analysis, etc.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and contracting complex financial offers is considered a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and analytical results to clients and internal stakeholders Demonstrated expertise in overseeing cross-functional projects within dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English and, ideally, another European language
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time
- Deep passion for accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy

- Help build impactful marketing strategy decks for internal audiences and support and work in collaboration with local stakeholders
- Support the team planning and executing in-store events and trade shows
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all Certified Installers operate within the Tesla marketing guidelines
- Coordinate documentation and assets for our key partners, making sure they are updated and available within Tesla’s proprietary platforms.
- Assist the team for the development of customer facing documents and promotional materials to support our marketing activities
- Support coordinating internal communication campaigns with other stakeholders
- Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns – use data to optimize and improve campaign performance and deliver detailed post-implementation report on programs
- Currently studying Marketing or another relevant field, or evidence of exceptional ability
- Level C1 in English and German (written and spoken)
