What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Be a vital member of the Environmental, Health and Safety Team, supporting the broader Energy team.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of key local and global business objectives.
- Provide analysis of existing legal and internal requirements alongside efficiency to ensure best practice.
- Learn how to create and maintain day-to-day stakeholder relationships.
- Learn about and support incident follow-up, management, and process improvement.
- Learn how to coordinate projects both on and off site.
- Studying towards a degree in a relevant field of occupational safety, construction, or project management or similar.
- Good knowledge in the areas of Human and Organisational Performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including experience with SharePoint.
- An ability to work in a team as well as in an organised and independent manner.
- A bias for action, with the ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative in approaching challenges.
- A proven record of prioritising effectively and handling shifting priorities.
- A detail driven outlook, with an ability to execute with efficiency, accuracy and speed in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- A current driver’s license and willingness to obtain a police check and Working with Children’s check.
- Ability to work full time and for a 6-month contract

- Execute and coordinate all operational aspects of certified installer orders, including new order confirmations, backlog management, sales order delivery, revenue recognition, and cash collection
- Respond to general order-related inquiries from different departments within the organization
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to develop and streamline the sales pipeline management
- Ensure data quality in various internal systems
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly and provide solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 1+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably in a technology or energy-related field
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented and highly motivated mindset, and able to follow and disrupt instructions
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Technological fluency and proficiency in MS Office, with moderate skills in MS Excel
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, prioritize tasks and processes, and track findings and deliverables
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
