We’re seeking a
LED Wall

Sony are investing in exciting creator technologies, and this position offers a high degree of visibility, where you will be at the forefront of the expansion of the LED product portfolio. You’ll build partnerships with teams in Tokyo HQ, Sales, Biz Dev, Planning, Trade & Segment and Marcoms, to define the regional LED marketing & sales strategy to outperform budget sales & profit and prepare for future category growth.

You will join a very supportive and tight team, with a manager who likes transparency, openness, honesty, and promoting ownership. This position will require monthly travel, and occasional extended trips for exhibitions, and potential for occasional visits to Tokyo too.

You will:

Product launch & life cycle management: Lead discussions to ensure all comms meet quality standards, optimise use of demonstrations, track after-sales service performance, and set product focus for digital marketing strategy.

Analyse win / loss and define EU requirements for future roadmap, partner with BDM and Pre-Sales to develop the solution approach with Sony entities or relevant 3rd parties.

You will bring:

• Product Marketing experience in ProAV industry

• Experience working with European or Global markets

• Excellent written and verbal comms skills

• Willingness to travel when required (with good notice)

You will:

• Define and implement targets and action plans for communication via our retail partners, including a detailed timeline and strategic approach.
• Be responsible for and coordinate all in-store and digital marketing initiatives within the designated channel.
• Ensure best online visibility and user experience on retailer websites by presenting products and campaigns compellingly and providing relevant content to the retailers to drive conversion.
• Event planning and coordination, collaborating with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Event evaluation and follow up with internal presentations to internal customers.
• Experience managing/ leading teams.
• Partner with the rest of the Marketing and Sales team to set goals and develop activation plans, designing and implementing strategies to enhance Sony's sales with assigned business partners.

You will bring:

• Experience in Channel Marketing within the retail sector, including Digital Marketing
• Excellent project manager and coordination skills with a structured approach
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and driven by facts and figures
• A commercially driven mentality, self-motivated, with honed negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other relevant information systems

• Hands-on experience in analysing large-scale customer data using SQL, Power query, and proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.

We’re seeking a
Social Media & Community Manager

You will create and prepare compelling content that resonates with the target audience. Additionally, you should be engaging with targeted onlinecommunities/influencersand attending key events to capture unique content, while fostering collaborations that enhance the presence and impact of our social media channels.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who wants to fully immerse themselves into the exciting worlds of filmmaking and photography, and be adaptable across a variety of industry applications with our products. This role will require you to be on site three days, with two days form home each week, and you should be ready to travel, as you will attend a number of major film and photography events across Europe each year, as well as ad-hoc travel for other needs.

Social Account management

• Oversee B2B and B2C social media channels ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content management teams, refining strategies based on the latest social media trends, and maintain communication across all internal teams in Consumer, Cine, B2B Imaging, and Alpha Universe teams to ensure alignment and strategic consistency.

• Leverage industry knowledge in photography and filmmaking to drive impactful content, market research and curiosity will be key drivers of success.

Content creation

• Foster/create relationships with creators, filmmakers, and photographers to drive content for our channels.

• Attend key events and capture on-site video and photo content to showcase on our social media channels.

• Monitor and collaborate local branch activities, and oversee and ensure high-quality, neutral content writing and approval processes.

Account reporting / statistics.

• Set yearly growth targets for followers, views, and engagement to drive continuous improvement and success.

• Produce regular account performance reports, along with detailed monthly updates on activities and results.

• Take data-driven actions based on performance results, following the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for continuous optimization.

You will bring:

• Demonstrable experience in social media and community management forbusiness-to-consumer,driving social media growth across platforms.

• Industry knowledge of cinematography and movies, and basic understanding of photography industry.

• Skills in video production and photography basics, as well as video/photo editing skills (reels, stories, and regular posts).

• Strong sense of ownership & accountability on content quality and brand perception with customer.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
