Solid understanding of cloud concepts
Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Enterprise Mobility Services, System Center Configuration Manager and Intune and other technologies related to Workspace Productivity Services
Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations
Strong understanding of networks and relatedWAN/LAN
Strong understanding ofTCP/IPand Network communications
4-year degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologiesrequiredfor thispositionaplus
Level understanding of telephony carrier integration
High-Level understanding of complex dial-plans
High-Level understanding of Emergency Services integration
Strong understanding of Quality of Servics
Strong understanding ofVoice-Over-IP solutions
Strong understanding ofSIP and global SIP deployments
Strong understanding ofITIL
Must be able to collaborate effectively with other senior architects within the organization
possessstrong Project management andprovideproven ability to buildaccurateproject timelines and deliver on-time projects.
Ability and willingness to take direction from the Service Delivery Manager and Client Executives
Ability to work in a team environment.
Able to adapt to a changing technical environment.
Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise
Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Customer facing presentation and consulting skills
Experience and understanding of designing,deployingor managing a Hosted Platform
