- Tell the Story
Create engaging narratives for diverse audiences—dealers, promoters, ambassadors, and customers. From live demos and sales sheets to dynamic videos, your storytelling will inspire and educate. - Create Captivating Content
Script, shoot, and edit training videos (yes, you’ll be in front of the camera too). Think YouTube, Alpha Academy, retail training, and more. - Design Training Programs
Plan and deliver engaging training sessions across retail and internal teams. Manage agencies, budgets, and training roadmaps across the fiscal year. - Own the Training Journey
Lead the development and localization of materials, online tools, and demo guidelines. Bring innovation with quizzes, interactive formats, and creative content. - Field & Event Excellence
Ensure top-notch brand presence at events. Coordinate fairs on a technical aspect, train promoters, and support lineup presentations. - Be the Bridge
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure product knowledge, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction across every touchpoint.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics and training
- Passion for imaging products and understanding of retail dynamics
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and video production skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset (PDCA cycle experience)
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Pro, Final Cut, and digital platforms
