- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Israel
- Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPCs, distributors, and large commercial customers in Israel
- Drive business development efforts to secure new partnerships and opportunities in the commercial solar sector, including working with large developers for ground and agri PV projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Develop and present high-level sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Represent SolarEdge at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and business growth
