Description:
**This is a hybrid position so the chosen candidate will be able to work from home 2-3 days a week.**
You will make an impact:
This position will report to the Plant Controller and will interact on a regular basis with business segment as well as operational senior management:
- Help define long term strategic targets and drive implementation by breaking them into achievable short-term objectives in a highly dynamic environment.
- Own aspects of planning, controlling, accounting and reporting activities of the plant including EVA, Gross Profit, Investments, NWC
- Manage the month-end closing process including preparation of journal entries for revenue and cost accruals. Analyze results and investigate deviations in detail including any corrective actions. Summarize findings and present to senior management.
- Manage expansion project from a commercial standpoint including comparisons of business plans as well as functioning as gate keeper.
- Manage CAPEX projects (partly driven by expansion projects) from conceptualization, approvals, PO, delivery, payment, and capitalization while also evaluating the financial benefits of such projects.
- Innovate by standardizing and digitalizing existing processes and identify opportunities to develop new KPI’s or reporting that adds business value.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance.
- 4 + years of proven experience in Finance leadership, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
- In depth knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) as well as a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting process
- Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor developing and leading teams/individuals.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis with out company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI or Knime.

- The pay range for this position is $88,060 - $150,960 and comes with a 10% incentive compensation. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location
