As a Sales Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate leads and identify opportunities for our field sales organization. Specifically, you will:• Take charge of developing and executing new Demand Generation strategies for the SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) line of business.
• Work closely with Field Marketing to understand inbound leads and drive follow up activities.
• Generate incremental Opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies
• Coordinate closely with SAP BTM Accounts Executives and Industry Demand Management Executives to drive new and incremental pipeline or sales qualified leads for the SAP BTM portfolio.
• Assess target markets, identify prospects, and gather intelligence to develop the best communication strategy.
• Help position our competitive advantage to prospects to leverage SAP BTM solutions.
• Take part in the development of Demand Generation plans, ensuring transparency to all stakeholders.
• Utilize best practices to drive repeatable demand generation successes
• Graduate - Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales or Marketing
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer engagement, or a similar role
• Experience of modern digital prospecting techniques such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Social Media Listening, blended with traditional demand generation activities
• Proven ability of working to targets in a sales environment
• Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
• Someone who is innovate, proactive, stays curious with a problem-solver and adaptable mindset
• Fluency in French (Mandatory)

for the EMEA region, you will bring your business expertise in the area of SAP supply chain planning processes and related solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand generation initiatives for this solution across EMEA, as well as developing the associated pipeline. As a subject matter expert, you will guide and support sales teams in their customer engagements and pipeline development activities. You will maintain close relationships with the Solution Marketing and Engineering teams to stay informed about the latest product developments. You will also support field sales teams in coordination with market unit leaders.

What you'll do

To succeed in this role, you will need to develop demand generation strategies aligned with the overall objectives of SAP’s supply chain management solutions. This includes:

  • Identifying target audiences and buyer personas using a data-driven approach
  • Creating multichannel plans incorporating various tactics (digital campaigns, social media, physical events, etc.)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, product, customer service, and partners/alliances to ensure a consistent approach
  • Providing in-depth solution expertise to support sales and adoption among key customers

What you bring

  • Professional experience in large software/IT companies, preferably in a solution-oriented segment
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning solutions (SAP Integrated Business Planning or equivalent)
  • Experience with SAP products (or equivalent) and/or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in specific solutions or lines of business
  • Good understanding of Cloud models, hosted services, SaaS/PaaS in a B2B environment
  • Recognized as a solution/business/industry expert within SAP with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling for customer engagement
  • Experience in sales
  • Business fluent communication skills in English and French.

Du unterstützt als Teil des virtuellen Account-Teams aktiv den Vertriebsprozess. In Kundengesprächen, Demos und Ausschreibungen übernimmst du die Rolle des „Solution Captain“, um SAP als optimale Lösung zu positionieren. Neben der Deal-Unterstützung arbeitest du eng mit Vertrieb und Customer Success zusammen, um Potentiale zu entwickeln und die Implemtierung der Lösungen beim Kunden voranzutreiben. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen die Durchführung überzeugender Präsentationen, personalisierter Demos, Discovery-Sessions sowie die Unterstützung bei RFx und Post-Sales-Aktivitäten. Das solltest du mitbringen

Du hast ein Bachelorstudium abgeschlossen (Master, MBA oder PhD von Vorteil) und erste relevanter Berufserfahrung gesammelt - idealerweise in Presales, Beratung oder vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Rollen.
